Nezarath Section This section handles the financial matters on behalf of the District Magistrate and maintains the PL account of the District Magistrate. It also deals with the protocol related matters, Group D employees, DM’s car pool and infrastructural issues of this office. The Nezarath Section plays a pivotal role in functioning of administrative setup. This Section is the epicenter of maintenance of financial management on behalf of the District Magistrate . Disbursement of different funds/payments is primarily dealt with this section. It maintains the Personal Ledger (PL) account of District Magistrate and various other allotments sanctioned for District Magistrate. Apart from financial functions it deals with the Protocol matters. The protocol arrangements are to make in befitting manner for the Hon’ble Justices, MICs and high officials as per tour programme. This section plays role as custodian of service matters of Group-D and Contractual Group-D employees under the Collectorate. Infrastructural issues of Collectorate Building, residential bungalows of District Magistrate and Additional District Magistrates comes under the ambit of functions of this section. Circuit House is also maintained from this section. Another important attachment of this Section is D.M.’s Car Pool. Arrangement and monitoring of vehicular movement under Car Pool is a major task of this section. Ceremonial activities like celebration of Independence Day, Republic Day are arranged by this Section. Besides above, all official stationeries as per time to time requirement of various sections under Collectorate are to procure on compliance of official formalities.
