The Power Section section is actively engaged in solving the issues faced by the general public/ T.G/ T.G.workers/ institutions, etc with issues related to electricity and power in the region of Jalpaiguri district.
The types of complaint which are mainly received in this section are related to power loss, disruption in power supply line, electric pole damage, electric high tension line, etc.
All types of complaints/ suggestions as received time to time from general public, Institutions and others are duly solved in liaison with the WBSEDCL, WBSETCL . This is timely monitored by this section. The main mission of this section is to ensure continuous power supply to all the housholds of Jalpaiguri district.
